Oat and Carrot Breakfast

- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup water
- 1½ cups apple juice
- ¼ cup grated carrot
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- Cook oats and raisins in hot water and apple juice.
- When done, stir in raw carrots. Mix well to distribute evenly throughout oatmeal.
- Serve warm with plant based milk of choice.
