A mixture of herbs and spices that you can make in advance and keep on hand to make chili. Works well for vegan/vegetarian chili as well as a chili seasoning blend for omnivores. Your chili will be consistently delicious and flavorful. Makes enough for 2-3 batches of chili, depending upon your taste preferences.
