Transitioning to Vegan and Not Sure What to Eat?
There are dozens of Vegan Menu Plans on the web that can give you at least a few ideas of how to get started and stay on track.
My thing is to get your refrigerator and your cabinet in order so that you can achieve success. The best way to achieve success is to plan for it! That means know what you’re going to eat IN ADVANCE, and have the ingredients to make it on hand. Also have a variety of vegan foods either prepared that you can just heat and eat, or in your freezer for a quick bake in the oven or zap in the microwave.
Check out these sites for menu planning ideas, many of which include recipes and shopping lists.
