21-Day Vegan Kickstart Challenge March 7-28th

Lots of people are interested in trying a vegan eating plan, but they aren’t sure how to begin making the transition. We certainly don’t have all the answers, but over the course of the 21 day kick start challenge (March 7th – March 28, 2014), we’ll be providing you with and motivational tips to keep you on track. Before you get started, take a moment to register for the 21-Day Kickstart program on PCRM. Their site sends out 21 days of menus, information and motivation for the transitioning vegan. You can do that here.
